Welcome to the
Administration
Theatre, located on
the second floor of
the Administration
Building. The
theatre combines
recent audio visual
technology with an
old style theme.
The college
community utilizes
the theater in
many ways including
orientation,
academic lectures
and intimate
presentations.
Recent productions
include "The Glass
Menagerie" by
Tennessee Williams
and "Risky Business"
a series of one
minute plays
designed to help
incoming freshman
make the transition
from high school to
college. Seating
287 people this
theater has for
decades been the
nostalgic corner
stone of our
campus. Originally
it served as meeting
place, lecture hall
and stage for the
arts in the
Worcester State
Teachers College
which at the time
consisted of only
one building.
Although the campus
has grown
exponentially in the
past decades the
Administration
Theater is still
wildly popular with
students and alumni
alike.
